The Board of Directors are elected, by New Horizon's cooperative members, from the
distribution cooperative's board members. Each one brings a unique set of skills and knowledge to the Cooperative. Collectively, they are responsible for establishing, reviewing, and revising corporate policies to insure that New Horizon Electric Cooperative continues to keep service to the membership foremost in mind, while maintaining a stable, yet competitive, position in the industry.
