Take I-85 south to Hwy14 (Exit #19 Gray Court/Owings). Continue on Hwy 14. NHEC's office is approximately  9.0 Miles on the left, just past Laurens Electric Cooperative's office.

From the Columbia
 
Take I-26 north to I-385 north (Greenville). Take I-85 north to Hwy 49 (Exit #5 Laurens). Turn left toward Laurens. Continue on Hwy 49. At the first traffic light (Hwy 221), go straight onto Smith road. Continue on Smith road to stop sign (Ranch Road). Turn right onto ranch Road. Continue on Ranch Road to first traffic light (Hwy 14). Turn right onto Hwy14,  NHEC's office is approximately  0.25 Miles on the right.
